Are you a qualified teacher seeking a change from the classroom environment?
Are you passionate about making a difference for students who truly need your expertise? At the Specialist SEND Group, we offer a unique opportunity for teachers to step away from the constraints of traditional schools and into a more flexible, rewarding role.
We are currently supporting students in the Leigh/Tyldesley/Atherton area with a variety of needs, ranging from anxious school non-attenders to students with complex SEND and exclusion from education. If you’re ready to apply your teaching experience where it matters most, we have students that match your specialism.
With a bespoke curriculum tailored to each child, our tutors create engaging, interest-driven lesson plans. We focus on building positive relationships and boosting confidence, with the ultimate aim of guiding our students back into education.
Why join us?
- Apply your teaching experience to help students who need targeted, specialist support.
- Gain greater control over your schedule with flexible hours.
- Experience a healthier work-life balance, free from the pressures of a traditional school setting.
- Enjoy benefits such as paid PPA time, access to Twinkl online resources, and the option to work from home for online tutoring.
What we’re looking for:
While experience with SEND/SEMH students is a plus, we value resilience, passion, and empathy above all else. If you’re dedicated to making a difference, we want to hear from you.
