Functional Skills Maths Tutor – Telford

Monda, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 

Are you a passionate Maths Tutor looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a meaningful impact? Can you engage young learners (16-25) and ignite their passion for learning Maths? Join a student-centred dedicated team in the Telford area, working with young people who face unique challenges in their education.

About the Role
As a Functional Skills Maths Tutor, you will play a key role in helping learners develop essential math skills to support their future success. Based on-site this position could also include occasional travel to pick up students from nearby boroughs. You will have the chance to work closely with students, helping them achieve their goals while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.

You’ll occasionally participate in training and development sessions at our other sites, allowing you to expand your skills and contribute to the wider success of our learners.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PTLLS/DTLLS) and/or experience
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Maths and English
  • Must hold a full UK driving license, be able to drive, and have the necessary business insurance
