We’re thrilled to share an inspiring milestone! Through our dedicated recruitment process, we’ve placed 7 amazing educators into a school in Salford, where they’re supporting young people with SEND who have complex needs.

Each educator was carefully chosen to match the unique needs and strengths of the young people they work with, helping to build deep, trusted connections. This thoughtful approach is at the heart of what we do, ensuring that each child feels seen, supported, and empowered.

And there’s even more exciting news: By January 2025, all 7 of these educators will become permanent staff through our temp-to-perm service, ensuring continuity and care that these young people can truly rely on.
