Your Role & Responsibilities:

As the Head of Elementary, you will be a visionary leader who ensures that students receive the highest quality education in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Your key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear vision for elementary education, aligning with the school’s mission and values.
• Academic Excellence: Drive innovative teaching and learning practices, ensuring high academic standards and student progress.
• Student-Centered Approach: Foster a caring and engaging learning environment where students feel supported, inspired, and empowered.
• Curriculum Development: Oversee the elementary curriculum, ensuring it meets American and international best practices while promoting global-mindedness.
• Staff Development & Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and support a team of dedicated and talented educators, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
• Parental & Community Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider school community to support student success.
• Operational & Pastoral Oversight: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the elementary division, with a focus on student well-being and inclusion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in an international elementary school setting.
• A recognised qualification in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). NPQH or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of American curriculum frameworks and a global perspective on education.
• Experience in IB PYP or international education is a distinct advantage.
• A passionate and student-centered approach, with a commitment to holistic child development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• A collaborative and innovative mindset, dedicated to continuous improvement and best practices.
