Key Responsibilities:

• Support a diverse range of students in managing their emotions and behaviour’s.
• Provide immediate assistance to students in crisis situations.
• Be on call to support students across the provision, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students, understanding their unique needs and backgrounds.

Requirements:

• Experience working with challenging behaviour in an educational setting.
• A calm and caring demeanor, with a genuine passion for supporting and understanding students.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the dynamic needs of the school environment.
