Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
Overview:
The Specialist SEND Group is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist to join an amazing SEMH school. This hybrid role is essential in providing behavioural insights and support to students, ensuring they can succeed both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and provide insights into student behaviour.
- Design and implement strategies to help students with behavioural needs succeed.
- Work with students on an individual basis to provide tailored support.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to assess and support learners in all classrooms.
Requirements:
- Strong background in SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) support.
- Ability to assess and intervene with student behaviour across a range of classes.
- Experience working with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
