Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and experienced Careers Counselor to join our school-based team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will guide and support students, helping them explore career options, set goals, and achieve their aspirations. A passion for working with learners and a relational, student-centered approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct career assessments to identify students’ strengths, interests, and skills.
• Provide tailored career advice and support students in creating actionable plans for their future.
• Assist with university applications, CV/resume writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
• Deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and group sessions to foster career awareness.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support individual career development.
• Stay updated on labor market trends, education pathways, and industry requirements to provide relevant advice.
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and external organizations to enhance career programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Career Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in career counseling or working with young learners in an educational setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A relational approach with the ability to connect with students and inspire confidence.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and education systems is a plus.
