We are looking for an Evening Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students, staff, and visitors. Your warm and welcoming personality will help create a great atmosphere, ensuring everyone feels at home from the moment they step through the door.
What You’ll Be Doing: Part Time – 14 hours a week (36 weeks per year, mostly during term time) Monday to Thursday: 4.30-7.30pm and Fridays: 4.30-6.30pm
- Greeting visitors, students, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answering general inquiries via phone and email, always ready to lend a helping hand.
- Supporting the smooth running of the reception area during the evenings.
- Keeping our student and staff records accurate and up to date.
- Providing administrative support to Course Leaders and the Senior Management Team.
- Checking the building is secure at the end of the day.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re not just looking for someone with skills – we want someone with spark!
- A warm and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
- Great time management and attention to detail.
- IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (bonus points for Excel skills).
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
Bonus: If you have experience in an educational setting or the Performing Arts Industry, we’d love to know!
