Your Role & Responsibilities:

As Head of Secondary, you will be responsible for the academic, pastoral, and operational leadership of the secondary division. Your role will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear vision for the secondary school, fostering an inclusive, high-achieving environment.
• Academic Excellence: Ensure outstanding teaching and learning practices, aligning with American curriculum standards and best international practices.
• Student Success & Well-being: Create a supportive and engaging learning environment, where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
• Curriculum Development: Oversee the Middle and High School curriculum, ensuring it is challenging and relevant, and prepares students for higher education.
• Staff Development & Mentorship: Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of dedicated educators, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
• University & Career Guidance: Support students in their higher education and career pathways, ensuring they are well-prepared for international opportunities.
• Parental & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider school community, enhancing engagement and communication.
• Operational & Pastoral Oversight: Ensure the smooth running of the secondary school, with a strong focus on student well-being, discipline, and inclusion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in an international secondary school setting.
• A recognized qualification in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of American curriculum frameworks, with experience in IB, AP, or equivalent programs being a distinct advantage.
• A passionate and student-centered approach, with a commitment to holistic education and global citizenship.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• A collaborative and innovative mindset, dedicated to continuous school improvement.
