SEND are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, Support Workers or Care Assistants, to work within a special needs school supporting children aged 11-16 in the Rudheath, Cheshire area.
These children all have complex needs, including ASC, ADHD, behavioural needs, sensory impairments, communication disorders and complex health needs. You will need to be resilient, as no two days are the same.

Experience in a SEND school or any previous support work experience would be desirable, if you are passionate about helping young people and want to make a difference to their lives, this would be the perfect opportunity!
The right person for this role will need to be resilient and be ready to get stuck in. Candidates also need to be prepared to do personal care and to also be able to work with different levels of behaviour, as classes may vary to give everyone a break. You will be supporting students on 1 to 1 basis supporting their learning and providing any additional support including personal care needs, mobility, daily routine support and communication.
This role is Monday – Friday 8:30 – 15:30 – with no weekends!
