What is SEND 1:1 Support Coach? This is someone who helps people tackle day-to-day situations and decisions, overcome uncertainty about what to do next at work, and improve general well-being.

We’re looking for a nurturing and knowledgeable SEND 1:1 Support Coach to inspire and guide a young adult in their workplace journey. This role involves helping them stay on task and make informed choices, with a special focus on understanding the unique challenges of acquired brain injury (ABI). Common ABI-related behaviors can include, the inability to keep focused, frustration tolerance, impulsivity, lack of social judgment, and more.

We seek a compassionate individual who is empathetic towards the Christian Brethren faith, though you need not be a practicing member yourself.

This full-time role, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, offers a salary range of £28k to £38k, depending on experience. Part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
