Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a SEND Teacher to join our amazing team in September. We are a SEND High School that is committed to providing the best quality of education and support to all of our leaners. We are looking for a SEND Teacher to teach out students in Key Stage 3 and 4, who need a primary style curriculum. You will be with the same class all day providing a range of lessons.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and educational lessons across subjects.
• Create meaningful relationships with students.
• Support students through out their day with class work and social well-being.
• Communicate with students, colleagues, parents and external professionals to ensure students well-being.
• Adapt resources and teaching techniques to accommodate a range of learners ability.
• Ensure all students leave happy.

Ideal Candidates:

• 3 years of SEND/Teaching Experience – ideally ASD and ADHD.
• A genuine passion for teaching.
• QTS.
• Committed to providing excellent care and education to students.
