Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a mainstream school setting? We are seeking a dedicated TA with SEND experience, ideally within a school, to join our supportive and dynamic team.
The Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
- Assist with classroom activities, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum.
- Implement EHCP strategies and differentiated learning approaches.
- Help manage sensory or behavioural needs with a calm and supportive approach.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide tailored support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting SEND learners (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.).
- Ideally, prior experience in a school setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable attitude.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Pay: £91.52-£100.52 per day

- No weekends
