What You’ll Do

• Work closely with SEND learners, helping them unlock their full potential.
• Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging classroom environment.
• Use tools like visual timetables or social stories to support students’ communication and learning.
• Build strong relationships with students, celebrating their progress every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new strategies.
