As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be crucial in providing essential speech and language therapy services to students with profound and multiple disabilities, speech, language, social skills, and communication difficulties. Your responsibilities will encompass assessment, diagnosis, and therapy, primarily focusing on improving students’ communication skills and overall well-being. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to promoting the school’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy interventions according to evidence-based practices.
• Provide valuable reports for annual reviews and contribute to student progress assessments.
• Maintain professional standards by keeping up-to-date with continuing professional development and clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external training programs to train staff and parents.
• Manage a challenging caseload and implement behavior management strategies.
• Offer peer support and guidance to fellow Speech and Language Pathologists. Minimum

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy/Speech Pathology (Master’s preferred).
• 3 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Excellent in English & Arabic 
• Expertise in speech and language disorders, including AAC methods and devices.
