A Relationship-Driven Approach
Our tutoring model is built around the individual needs and interests of each student. By fostering trust and understanding, our tutors can identify what motivates and engages each learner. Through positive reinforcement and celebrating small achievements, we aim to build self-esteem and confidence while maintaining a consistent routine for students outside of the traditional school setting.
Why Choose Our Tutors?
Our tutors are qualified teachers with QTS or QTLS, possessing extensive experience and a profound understanding of SEND. Most importantly, they are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people. Over the past six years, our model has proven effective, with 80-90% of our 88 students reintegrating successfully into suitable educational provisions last year. We consistently receive excellent feedback from LEAs, schools, and parents/carers.
